Burbeck wins three awards at prestigious United Kingdom Property Awards

Burbeck are delighted to announce that they have been honoured with three awards at the prestigious United Kingdom Property Awards 2021, for both our show home staging service and our own in-house development. Burbeck successfully competed against the best property professionals across the United Kingdom to be recognised as the winners in the categories of Best Residential Interior Show Home and Best Residential Renovation / Redevelopment In London, as well as Best Residential Renovation / Redevelopment for the overall United Kingdom category. The winning projects include a truly unique interior design scheme in the heart of Soho and one of Burbeck’s own luxury developments in South-West London with a value of £4 million. All five apartments in this award-winning re-development project sold within just two weeks of arriving on the market in March.
Our D’Arblay Street submission won Best Residential Interior Show Home, London for our quirky show home scheme which incorporated the local Soho area, the rich history of the property and the target market of the sales process into the design.
We also won Best Residential Renovation / Redevelopment in London for our own luxury development of five flats in South-West London, a huge achievement of our combined skills across development, interior design and home staging.
The United Kingdom Property Awards are judged by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts. Judging focuses on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability.
