The Design Team were so inspired by the fantastically quirky project just completed, on Chelsea’s Tedworth Square. Just off the Kings Road, this extraordinary home had an array of vibrant finishes throughout. There was patterned wallpaper, paneled walls and an amazing cinema all of which we loved staging. 

We knew the minute we saw this property that we had to dress it with a fun, vibrant feel to appeal to the target buyer. Creating a showhome that builds a vision for the viewer to see themselves living there is a hugely important part of our job. With the property being over 5000 square feet, it might be hard for some potential buyers to see how you can use each space, which is why dressing the property is so important.

The existing finishes in this project allowed the design team to push boundaries and create a luxurious yet maximalist style to complement the existing finishes. Jemma Goodman from our talented Design Team knew instantly that zebra dining chairs would be the right contrast for this room. 

Go Bold!

The Drawing Room of this incredible property had a 60’s feel to the space, and we wanted to embrace the glossy paint and wood textures by adding muted greens, mustard yellows and white to add additional drama and contrast to the room. Sculptural furniture shows how versatile and contemporary dramatic wallcoverings can be used to suit modern day living. 

The lamp shades were a good find on Esty paired with bespoke cushions to compliment the clients existing curtains. We like to consider each aspect of the room, ensuring each of our designs is tailored perfectly to the space. Styling accessories are just as important as furniture, we added neon coffee table books, bright pops of red and glossy decorative books to fully embrace the style of the room!

This second bedroom was a large room with powder pink walls and detailed shelving, to add elegance and luxury to this space we set out to use accents of golds, velvets and decorative silks. Creating curves with the headboard added a feeling of grandeur and detail.
